Website Terms of Use
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The tartan design
A Spark of ADHD is a registered tartan. Any use of the tartan design, whether for commercial or personal production, requires the explicit permission of the founders, Beth and Mel. This is in line with the guidance set out in the Scottish Register of Tartans, which you can view at tartanregister.gov.uk. Unauthorised reproduction of the tartan design is not permitted.

Orders and Purchasing
Placing an order
By placing an order through our website you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old and that the details you have provided are accurate.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. The total price including shipping will be shown clearly before you confirm your order.
Handmade to order
Many of our products are handmade to order. This means your item is made specifically for you once your order is placed. Please allow for the production and dispatch timelines shown on each product page. We will always keep you informed if there are any delays.
Mock-up images
Some product listings use mock-up images rather than photographs of finished items. Where this is the case it is clearly stated on the product page. Pattern placement may vary slightly on handmade items, and colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
Shipping
We charge a flat shipping fee of £4 per order. Orders are dispatched to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services once an item has been dispatched.
Returns and Cancellations
Your right to cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason, unless the item is exempt (see below).
To cancel, please contact us via our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then need to return the item to us within a further 14 days.
Personalised and made-to-order items
Items that are made specifically to your specification, including made-to-order garments in a chosen size, may be exempt from the standard right to cancel under UK consumer law. We are currently confirming the specific guidance with our suppliers and will update this section accordingly. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return before ordering, please get in touch and we will be happy to advise.
Condition of returned items
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We do not refund original shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a description and photograph of the fault. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Return postage for faulty items will be covered by us.
Questions?
If you have any questions about an order, a return, or anything on this page, please get in touch via our Contact page. We are a small, community-led team and we will always do our best to help.
Managing the Mist
Every message is received with genuine care but the pace here is steady rather than fast. Please expect a reply within 72 hours. If things are particularly busy or the fog is thick it might take up to a week to see a response.
Healthy boundaries help the volunteer team stay sustainable so checking the inbox every ten minutes is not required. For those who find forms overwhelming a direct email or social media message is a great alternative. Voice notes on Instagram are also a brilliant way to communicate if typing feels like a chore today.
As a Community Interest Company every enquiry helps support the mission of advocating for the neurodivergent community.
